Ms Alile is a facilitator and management trainer, sustainability expert and speaker, and a non-profit consultant on management and strategy. She holds a B.S in Sociology from Unilag, and a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA.
An alumnus of the 2007 “Young Global Leader” (YGL) programme of the World Economic Forum, a Fellow of the African Leadership Network and an alumna of the Harvard Business School, IMD and Yale Executive Education Programs, She is interested in supporting local, national and regional non-profit organizations working to address challenges and vulnerabilities across the African Continent.
The last 10 years have witnessed a boom in entrepreneurship which entails providing various products and services to improve the quality of life of their target audience.
